About Dr. Jennie Wang-Hall

Jennie (she/her) is a licensed psychologist who has been working with eating disorders at every level of care for the last 12 years. She is passionate about creating spaces of safety, compassion, and empowerment for others who are suffering. She is fiercely dedicated to social justice which manifests as sensitivity, awareness, and curiosity about the cultural and systems level factors that may be impacting wellness. Therapy involves a collaborative process of exploration of both the internal and external worlds impacting a person’s emotional and physical health. Jennie partners with clients and empowers them to create change if and when they are ready. She has a particular passion for supporting clients who have been told that they are doing recovery “wrong” or are “too sick” to receive the care they desire. Jennie will honor your agency and respect you as the captain of your own ship, while also bringing a deep presence and care to your process.

Jennie is a mixed race, cisgender, bisexual, dynamically disabled, new mother, and millennial woman. She has lived experience of an eating disorder as well as other mental health struggles so she brings both clinical and personal wisdom to every therapeutic relationship. Jennie loves being a psychologist and doing powerful liberatory work.

About Stacie Fanelli, LCSW

Stacie Fanelli (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the intersection of neurodivergence and eating disorders. She has experience working at all levels of care in eating disorder treatment and as an outpatient therapist working collaboratively with clients and their other providers. She works from the understanding that people do well when they can and that each individual is the expert on themselves. Stacie enjoys supporting those who have long felt misunderstood to deepen self-understanding as a route to experiencing safety in unmasking, autonomy in navigating social systems, and unlearning internalized ableism. She is interested in working with those who are exploring late neurodivergent diagnoses from a strengths-based lens and understanding how to better accommodate their needs rather than change fundamental things about who they are to fit others' expectations. She sees herself as a co-journeyer rather than a facilitator of change, breaking down traditional power dynamics. Her approach is primarily relational and psychodynamic, with skill-building and resourcing sprinkled in where beneficial. She has training in and incorporates elements of collaborative and proactive solutions, internal family systems, and cognitive processing therapy modalities. As a neurodiversity-affirming clinician, Stacie makes space for emotion regulation via non-behavioral strategies like engagement in special interests, self-advocacy, and grief work. Her work is intersectional and takes into account the ways in which additional marginalized identities impact the eating disorder recovery process. She also uses harm reduction and is constantly learning from and with her clients. Stacie is interested in conceptualizing humans within systems, going beyond pathology and exploring the ways in which inequity and injustice in our communities make certain behaviors functional as a route to self-compassion.

Stacie is a white, AuDHD, asexual cisgender woman. She practices through the valuable lens of lived experience with her own rendition of eating disorder recovery.
